CVMA Convention 2024 Exhibitor Registration
Join us at the Westin in Westminster, Colorado September 6-7, 2024! Click the button below to register as an exhibitor and select your booth space. Please note that you will need to create a CVMA account if you do not already have one in order to register as an exhibitor.
Exhibit map will be updated the 1st and 15th of each month. Last updated March 15, 2024.
CVMA exhibit spaces are available in three areas: Legacy Ballroom, Legacy Foyer, and Westminster Foyer. The food and beverage stations for Friday/Saturday will be placed in the ballroom, along with the bar areas for the Friday night reception. Both Foyer areas provide great traffic from attendees, as those are located near the main entrances toward the hall. Due to popular demand, CVMA is offering even more tabletop spaces in 2024!
Tabletop spaces: 8′ wide by 8′ deep, with no back/side draping, and include the following: one (1) booth identification sign with company name and booth number, general overhead lighting, two (2) side chairs and one (1) wastebasket and carpeted foyer space. Includes a 6’ x 30” draped table.
Standard and Premium booths: 10′ wide by 8′ deep, with 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drape and include the following: one (1) booth identification sign with company name and booth number, general overhead lighting, two (2) side chairs and one (1) wastebasket and carpeted ballroom. Includes an 8’ x 30” draped table.
Rates
- Tabletop space – Blue (Legacy Ballroom): $1,325
- Standard booth – White (Legacy Ballroom): $1,425
- Tabletop space – Purple (Legacy Foyer): $1,525
- Tabletop space – Green (Westminster Foyer): $1,625 (Space is available until 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 7. Price reflects additional hours available for that space.)
- Premium booth – Tan (Legacy Ballroom): $1,925
Important Dates
May 31, 2024: Deadline to submit written cancellation request and receive 50% refund
June 1, 2024: Remaining balance on exhibit booth is due (if not paid in full)
June 2024: Exhibitor Service Manual and shipping information will be emailed
July 1, 2024: Deadline to be included in the print onsite program; must submit description, photo, and company information in registration portal to be included in mobile app
August 1, 2024: Deadline to cancel and receive credit to use towards 2025 Convention (NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS AFTER THIS DATE)

Thursday, September 5, 2024: Exhibitor set-up from 4-7 p.m. MST
Friday, September 6, 2024: Exhibitor set-up from 6-9:50 a.m. MST; Hall open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. MST
Saturday, September 7, 2024: Hall open from 7 -10 a.m. MST; Hall closes and exhibitor move out from 10 a.m.-Noon MST
