Active Member – Actively employed veterinarian with full membership benefits (non-Colorado residents do not have the right to vote or hold office). Active member category now includes former categories of Public Sector and Non-Colorado Resident.

Affiliate Membership – Non-veterinarian (e.g. practice manager, technician, commercial supplier) member with full membership benefits except the right to vote or hold office.

Educational Institution Membership – Full membership benefits for each veterinarian authorized by the employing educational institution.  Payment for all veterinarians must be submitted at one time.

New Graduate - Complimentary membership with full benefits to new graduates for the calendar year in which the individual graduates.

Recent Graduate – 50% discount on dues for the two calendar years following graduation with full membership benefits.

Retired – Full membership benefits for a veterinarian who has retired from the active practice of veterinary medicine.

Student - Currently enrolled in a college of veterinary medicine.
