What is OneHealth SIM?
…Because everyone deserves safe and effective integrative medicine
In keeping with the OneHealth Initiative, Dr. Narda Robinson has established an umbrella entity named OneHealth Scientific Integrative Medicine, or OneHealth SIM, which seeks to form collaborations between physicians, veterinarians, dentists, nurses, physical therapists, and more toward the betterment of animal, human, and environmental health.
OneHealth SIM strives to raise the standards and safety of human and veterinary integrative medicine by teaching scientific, evidence-based approaches to practitioners and the public. In so doing, OneHealth SIM aims to promote effective and non-invasive treatments that lessen the environmental impact of modern medicine on the planet. The programs of OneHealth SIM educate clinicians in treatment modalities that align with natural principles to encourage healthful living, raise quality of life, and advance sound, scientific, integrative approaches.
OneHealth SIM aims to meet the growing need for high-quality, scientific, and evidence-informed instruction for integrative medicine practitioners across the human-veterinary healthcare spectrum. OneHealth SIM launches its learning academy with veterinary medical acupuncture where the course Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians has led the way for 15 years. Our science-based approach combines interactive online learning with onsite clinical intensives designed to foster clinical acumen, critical thinking, and clinical expertise.
OneHealthSIM.org centralizes vibrant online education, active social networking, engaging interactive media, and fact-based integrative healthcare discussions through one web portal.
